i5 units are designed for individuals, however you are welcome to rent with two to three friends or get matched with fellow apartment mates.
Absolutely! You can bring friends and each lease an available bedroom and ensuite bath. We will, however, fill any vacant rooms with new, approved residents.

Common areas in our coliving units are professionally cleaned on a routine basis to keep shared spaces fresh, comfortable, and well maintained. Our team handles the upkeep of kitchens and living areas so residents can focus on enjoying the space—not managing a cleaning schedule.
Yes! We welcome all forms of dog or cat fur family.
We’ve got covered parking available for $150 per month. Parking is limited, so be sure to contact the leasing office to secure your spot. Before you park, you’ll need the proper paperwork and valid permit. Don’t forget to follow posted signs! All rates and fees are subject to change.
