Private bedrooms include ensuite baths with tub or shower, full-size bed, desk, wardrobe, and underbed storage—plus washer & dryer in each residence.

i5 units are designed for individuals, however you are welcome to rent with two to three friends or get matched with fellow apartment mates.

Absolutely! You can bring friends and each lease an available bedroom and ensuite bath. We will, however, fill any vacant rooms with new, approved residents.

Yes, subject to availability, the management team will arrange for you to move into a different unit.

Utilities, Services & Fees

Utilities are split evenly and billed separately to each roommate. Each month you will get one simple bill including your rent, convenience fee, and utility cost.

No worries. You are only responsible for your own bedroom and equally divided portion of the utilities.

i5 Wynwood does the leg work for you and has your internet set up from day 1. Internet is $40 per month, charged through your Resident Portal and due with your monthly rent payment.

Parking, Pets & Practical Living

Yes! We offer bi-weekly cleaning of the common area spaces in each unit. Cleaning services are $35 per month and charged through your Resident Portal and due with your monthly rent payment.

Common areas in our coliving units are professionally cleaned on a routine basis to keep shared spaces fresh, comfortable, and well maintained. Our team handles the upkeep of kitchens and living areas so residents can focus on enjoying the space—not managing a cleaning schedule.

Yes! We welcome all forms of dog or cat fur family.

We’ve got covered parking available for $150 per month. Parking is limited, so be sure to contact the leasing office to secure your spot. Before you park, you’ll need the proper paperwork and valid permit. Don’t forget to follow posted signs! All rates and fees are subject to change. Please contact the leasing office for additional details.

Safety and security is our first priority. We maintain 24/7 on-site staffing including an overnight concierge. Our onsite management team also maintains 24-hour property-wide CCTV, and every unit and every bedroom is equipped with Latch smart locks.

Insurance & Coverage

Yes, and to assist you, we have our Damage Liability Waiver Program (link to brochure dlw.peakmade.com). While this is not insurance, we believe the Damage Liability Waiver Program is the simplest and most convenient way to satisfy your lease requirement. However, you can submit a copy of your third-party liability insurance policy to dlwportal.peakmade.com. Our partner Confirm Insurance will review the policy to determine if it complies with the lease addendum.
